It's all brain games and they keep track of your progress as you go along. It's supposed to help improve memory and attention. It gives you feedback on how you're progressing and it has different courses to choose from and assessment tools to help. The downside is that it's only free for the first month. A person could just NOT ugrade (like I did, I didn't have the money) or it's like 17/month to continue after that first month. I used it for that first month and it was fun and yet helpful.
