Jeremy had a good day today. His doctor appointment was earlier than scheduled so Greg switched his schedule around and went with him. The doctor was pleased with how well he was doing, however he did increase the dose of baclofen he was getting. The was to get to a point where, when Jeremy is concentrating hard on something he is able to take control of the posturing instead of the other way around. There are times when Jeremy is sitting when his legs straighten and he has a hard time bending them. It's my understanding that until Jeremy can control those movements he will have a hard time (and it hasn't happened yet) sitting, standing or even rolling over by himself.
They are going to be working on some braces for his hands. They were happy with the movement he was gaining in his right arm and they want to get the braces to help him not loose ground there.
