Fixed the Donation button

Stephen and I were informed today when we got back home that the donation button was having some problems. We checked it out and fixed it. It should work now. Just click on the donate button and then put in the dollar amount and if you don't have a PayPal account you can click the small "continue" button next to all the credit card pictures and put in your credit card information.
