June 22 Afternoon

Jeremy's had a busy morning. Today he was taken off the ventilator at 6 a.m. They lowered the oxygen level early this morning and again this afternoon. It is currently at 25% (our goal is 21). We are almost there! He is handling all the changes like a champ!

The Occupational therapist came in this morning and physical therapist worked him over this afternoon. He looked like he slept through the whole thing, he was so relaxed. I think he likes the exercise. One of the therapists told me today that left handed people respond better than right handed people. We will take whatever we can get! For those of you who don't know - Jeremy is left handed.
