Update 6

Jeremy was brought off of the sedation for a few neurological tests. He's still on low sedation and breathing above the respirator. They also put in a feeding tube. He passed the neurological tests, he's responding to painful stimulus, his coughing and gag reflexes are working as well. The swelling seems to have gone down a little on his hand. So positive news. It's still going to be a long ways until we know everything but he's doing better. Keep praying though.

  1. His response to pain stimulation (lower/mid spinal cord), gag reflex (upper spinal cord), breathing above resperator (upper spinal cord / brain stem) are all truly positive signs.

  2. He is a strong man; these are good signs and are bringing some relief to some very distraught people. Thank you so much for the updates! Kellie
