The visiting doctor came in this morning and told me that Jeremy's white blood cell count is up again. This didn't come as a surprise to me because yesterday he had a fever. They are very aggressive at finding the source of this infection, but in the meantime they have started him on antibiotics - again. As we all know, the chance of getting an infection while in the hospital is pretty good. Today his fever is down so that is a good sign.

The physical therapist that was in last week (the one Jeremy moved his legs 5 times for) was in again today and said his "tone" (the stiffness in his body) is worse than last week when she was in. Jeremy is so strong it makes it hard to work with him when he postures like that. I guess that's good that he's strong but not in this case. They are kind of hoping it has to do with the infection in his body.
