Jeremy went for the official swallow test today and did "excellent". They added puree foods to his diet. Today he had mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and milk. They add thickening stuff to the milk so - forget the milk, it was awful. Everything he eats at this point has to be "honey" consistency. (except the ice)

The orthopedist came to see him this afternoon and said ice and wrapping was good enough and just let it heal.

The spinal injection is scheduled for Sept 2. The orthopedist suggested this procedure as well. We just wish it could be done sooner. Hurry up and wait! We are learning patience!
