Comments to Jeremy

Since Debi didn't have a chance to post yesterday, I thought it would be a fun idea to make a post that people can comment to and then we'll read them to Jeremy.

If you don't know how to post a comment here are some instructions:

1. If you're on the main page, you can click on the underlined link under this post that says comments or click on the title, "Comments to Jeremy".

2. Once you're on the next page, there should be a blank comment box under this post. Go ahead and type a comment to Jeremy. Don't forget to sign it! (Maybe include where Jeremy knows you from... Sometimes it takes him a bit to remember who people are and that seems to jog his memory)

3. Down on the "Comment as..." dialogue box, if you don't have a Google account, you can either click on "Name/URL" or "Anonymous".
- If you pick "Name/URL" you can just put in your name and skip the URL box. If you pick Anonymous, it will post your post as Anonymous, which is fine as long as you remembered to sign your post.

4. Then you can click "Post Comment" to post your comment to Jeremy.

If this works well, we'll try to do this every once in a while for an easy way to send Jeremy messages! And, if you want to send him a message any other time, feel free to leave a comment and we'll make sure they get to Jer.

  1. Hi Jeremy! I don't know you. I live in Indiana and I found this blog on accident on the first day it was created and for quite a long time I read everyday. I'm so glad you're getting better and all this has really been inspiring. Hope to keep hearing (reading) great news.

    With love from Indiana

  2. Hey Jeremy, It's Nathan again. You probably don't even remember me. I know my memory took months to come back and it's still not back all the way. I'm super glad to hear that you got to go home for Thanksgiving. That was pretty awesome wasn't it! My first time away from the nursing home was amazing. Keep practicing sitting up and writing. It's all good for you and you'll be glad you did it in the long run. Best wishes with your therapy! Keep going! You've come so far. It's the home-stretch now! Don't lose hope or even think of giving up!
    Always,
    Nathan

  3. Hi Jeremy! HUGS from sunny Arizona. You don't know me, but I heard about you on the radio right before we moved to Arizona, and I have been praying for you and reading about you every day since then. I have a son just a little younger than you, so your story touched me. I have adopted you as my second son in my heart. Keep working hard! I hope to meet you someday when we come to Idaho to visit my parents. I love to see the pictures of you smiling, so do it lots! :-)
With love from a mom who shares your mom's name,
    Debi

  4. Hey Jeremy! It's Stacy from the Corps. We really miss you here, and hope to be able to see your smiling face again! Cliff comes back from Ireland on Monday, so I know Stan will be over here chatting again. Wish you would be, too. You guys always made it impossible for me to get anything done, but at least you made me laugh and smile while you did it. :)

You're constantly in my prayers, and I know God is doing some awesome work in you and through your situation.

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas (hopefully at home rather than the hospital!) surrounded by all those you love and who love you!

Blessings to you and your family!
    Stacy Wachob

  6. Hi Jeremy!

You may not remember me, but I'm Jameson's mom. You know him from Walla Walla flew with him in his Cessna to Lincoln when he came to start school at Union a couple of years ago. That was quite the trip, but that's another story!! We spent a lot of time with you that weekend in Lincoln and had a great time with you guys. He let us know about your accident as soon as he heard about it, and we've been following the blog and praying for you ever since. It's good to see your smiling face in the pictures, and it sounds like you're making wonderful progress! Even though therapy is hard work and probably discouraging at times, don't give up...you'll make it!! Love, Rosie and Don
